Measure around the fullest part of your chest under the arms for your total chest circumference. If
you're on the
borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a
looser fit.

Waist: Place tape measure around stomach 2" below top of hip bone and measure the total
circumference. Hip:
Measure around hip approximately 8 in./20 cm below top of hip bone, place feet together.
